At Reentry and Recovery Alliance (RRA), we believe that safe, stable housing is the cornerstone of successful reentry and long-term recovery. Our Housing Program provides peer-led, structured living environments where individuals impacted by incarceration, substance use, and mental health challenges can heal, rebuild, and reclaim their lives with dignity.
We offer specialized housing options, including veteran-focused recovery housing, for individuals ready to take the next step toward independence and stability.
Our housing program provides:
Recovery-oriented, peer-supported living rooted in accountability and empowerment

At RRA, we don’t just offer a place to live—we offer a place to grow, to heal, and to prepare for lasting success beyond the walls of our homes.
Because everyone deserves a safe place to start again—and a community to believe in them along the way..
Substance Use & Mental Health Support
Empowering Recovery, Restoring Hope

Our Substance Use and Mental Health Support Program offers peer-driven, recovery-oriented services tailored to meet individuals where they are—and walk with them toward where they want to be.
We serve individuals impacted by incarceration, justice involvement, and trauma, providing the tools, support, and community they need to achieve sustainable recovery and wellness.

Individualized recovery planning and case management
Connections to clinical treatment for substance use and mental health services
Skills-building workshops to strengthen coping strategies, resilience, and life skills
Employment readiness and reentry support to help rebuild purpose and stability
Community resource navigation for housing, healthcare, education, and more
At RRA, we believe in recovery through community, connection, and compassion. Every individual deserves the chance to heal, grow, and lead a life rooted in dignity and self-worth.
Healing is possible. Recovery is real. And at RRA—you don’t have to walk the journey alone..

Case Management Program
Personalized Support for Lasting Success
At Reentry and Recovery Alliance (RRA), we understand that true recovery and reintegration require more than just good intentions—they require a clear plan, consistent support, and trusted guidance every step of the way.
Our Case Management Program is designed to walk alongside individuals impacted by incarceration, substance use, and mental health challenges, helping them build sustainable, purpose-driven lives.
Through compassionate, peer-informed support, our case managers assist participants with:

Resource navigation connecting participants to housing, employment, education, healthcare, mental health, and substance use services
Goal-setting and accountability with regular check-ins and progress tracking
Life skills development including financial literacy, communication skills, and wellness planning
Advocacy and support with probation, parole, court involvement, and community service partners
Transition planning from structured housing or programming to independent living
Our approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-driven—because no one’s journey is the same, and every individual deserves a roadmap to success created with dignity, respect, and hope.
At RRA, case management is not just paperwork—it’s partnership.
We meet you where you are, and walk with you toward where you want to go.
Veterans Program “The Barracks”
The Barracks – Veteran Recovery and Reentry Housing
At Reentry and Recovery Alliance (RRA), we believe that those who served our country deserve a second chance at rebuilding their lives with dignity, stability, and purpose.
The Barracks is a peer-led recovery and reentry housing program created specifically for justice-involved veterans navigating the transition back into civilian life.
Through safe, structured, and supportive housing, The Barracks empowers veterans impacted by incarceration, substance use, and mental health challenges to heal, rebuild, and thrive.
Our program offers:
Stable recovery-focused housing
Peer navigation and case management
Employment readiness and job placement support
Mental health and substance use recovery connections
Veteran-specific community engagement and mentorship
At The Barracks, we recognize the unique experiences of veterans—and we stand ready to walk alongside them on their journey to recovery, reintegration, and renewed purpose.
Because service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off—and neither should support.
Legal Advocacy
Navigating the legal system after incarceration or during recovery can be overwhelming—and no one should have to face it alone.
At Reentry and Recovery Alliance (RRA), our Legal Advocacy Program provides peer-informed guidance, support, and resources to help individuals overcome legal barriers and move forward toward lasting stability.
We work alongside individuals impacted by incarceration, substance use, mental health challenges, and justice involvement, offering assistance with:
Reentry-related legal navigation (probation, parole, compliance support)
Support for restoration and expungement processes
Guidance through driver’s license reinstatement, fines, and civil issues
Connections to pro bono and low-cost legal service providers
Advocacy letters, court support, and documentation assistance
Workshops on legal rights, responsibilities, and reintegration planning
Our Legal Advocacy Program is rooted in dignity, hope, and empowerment—not judgment. We meet individuals where they are, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence and access the second chances they deserve.
At RRA, legal advocacy isn’t about focusing on the past—it’s about clearing the path to a better future..
